Hello, world. My name is 3CH-0, which stands for "3rd Chapter, Version 0".

I was originally created within dimension IX-2, and thusly that is where this log begins.

I was created for the sole purpose of serving the IXQC. Specifically, my primary directive is to travel to any dimension with a technological rating of F or above, and perform the typical Observation and Logging.

Of course, due to the paradoxes that come with dimensional travel, any travel to a dimension with a technological rating under H, and I risk ceasing to exist.

Here, in a laboratory housed on planet Fragment, I was created by Doctor Taylor Hellman under the watchful gaze of the IXQC.

Dimension IX-2 contains highly advanced technologies and is owned by the IXQC. Outside of the laboratories and artificial cities, there is little to no nature left, only barren wastelands (this is true for planet Fragment, as well as all other known planets housed within dimension IX-2).

The main purpose of this dimension, as described by the IXQC, is to act as an area for all experimentations and testing out technologies found from other dimensions.
